Hours Description: Part Time

Lake Country Co-op is currently accepting applications for a part-time Lumber Clerk at our Wakaw Home Center location.

Primary Job Functions

Provide prompt, personalized, Legendary customer service to all of our members and guests. Assist in the organizing, loading and delivering orders. Merchandise product. Ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe work environment.  Help maintain vehicles and equipment. Provide information and assist on all inquiries. Thank all customers for visiting the store and ensure that they are completely satisfied with their in-store experience.

Required Skills

-Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

-Experience in providing excellent customer service

-Attentive to detail and able to remain calm under pressure

-Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays

-Must be punctual and self-motivated

- Ability to sort, lift, and load; physical labour required

- Class 5 license with a clean driving record

Desired Skills/Experience

Lumber/construction or retail experience would be an asset but training is provided to all new employees.

Reporting:

Reports to the Wakaw Home Center Manager.
